Terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms cover your use of this website and the Ask Onvane assistant. Using Onvane itself, including a pilot, is covered by a separate written agreement.
Who we are
This site is run by the Onvane founding team ("we"). We will add our registered company details here once the company is formed.
Demonstrations
The interactive demonstrations on this site use sample data and simplified screens to show how the product works. They are not a live connection to the product and are not a promise of specific features, dates or results.
The assistant
Ask Onvane gives AI-generated answers. They may be incomplete or wrong, aren't professional advice, and don't bind us. For anything you rely on - features, pricing, security, data residency - get it confirmed by us in writing. Don't enter confidential or personal information in your questions.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, get around its limits, or make the assistant produce harmful or misleading content. We may block access if you do.
Our content
The site, its text, design, demonstrations and the Onvane name and characters belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution.
Liability
We provide the site as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on its content or the assistant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you rights we can't exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@onvane.com. How we handle personal information is in our privacy notice.
